This document out-lines a brief description of the Geographical Boundaries and approximate Population Counts
for the Twelve Different Sovereign Federated Jurisdictions, into which the Nations of the Earth need to be Divided,
in order that they may Secure Truth, Justice, Safety, Peace; and Liberty, for their own local populations, as they
themselves define these terms,through the consensus-based and unanimous agreement of their own 12-person Juries.
In order to achieve these ends, this planets population needs to be sub-divided and organized
in-to the following approximate Hierarchal Structure:
The "Organizing" of the above described "Tenth Level", is fairly clearly explained here. But up-on moving
on down to the "Ninth Level", many significant "Organizational Questions" immediately arise. Most of them
have to do with "Geography", & "Population Counts". The Ideal Target "Population Count" for Each Level in this Hierarchy,
is based on the modern "Political Science" concept of "Proportional Representation". This basically means "One Man One Vote".
On the above described "Ninth Level" of this Hierarchy, the "Ideal Population Count" is: 513,116,750.
But it has been decided by the present organizers of this effort, that Pragmatic Concerns should over-ride idealism,
at least for the time being. Here-under, such Large Population Countries as "China" and "India"; are Not Sub-Divided,
& their Very Large Populations are here basically respected as Complete & Individual "Super-Nations". At such times as
the honorable members of their Sovereign Populations might decide to sub-divide, and there-after to share their borders
more fluidly with their neighboring nations, then more Balanced "Ideal Population Counts" will be forth-coming. But until
that event occurs, it has been decided that for the present at least; that it is best to Respect the Independent Sovereignty of
these Nations, and to Leave Their Governmental Machinery Intact; and for Them to Dismantle & Re-Organize such
present Governmental Machinery in accord with these principles, all as They Interpret them.
And so, through-out this document, will be evidenced some Significant Divergences form the above indicated
"Ideal Population Counts". These words are stated there, so that it will be clear, that there is an under-lying
"Reasoning Process" behind all of this, which ultimately is based on "Sociological Natural Law", and for those
who are open to such ideas, as "God's Law". Here-under, the remainder of these main "Organizational Questions",
is the main Reason that his document was composed. Answers to these Questions are set-forth as follows:
Super-Nation 1: "Ociana" (West Pacific Ocean Nations): Total Population: 561,704,000.
Japan; North Korea, South Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand;
& about 9 other smaller micro-island nations, to be named more properly later.
Super-Nation 2: China. Total Population: 1,273,111,000.

Super-Nation 3: South East Asia. Total Population: 333,067,000.
Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Burma, Bangladesh.
Super-Nation 4: India. Total Population: 1,057,324,000.
India, Nepal, Bhutan.
Super-Nation 5: Arabia. Total Population: 389,281,000.

Armenia, Georgia, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi-Arabia, Yemen, Oman, United-Arab-Emigrates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait.
Super-Nation 6: North-East Mediterranean. Total Population: 236,576,000.
Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Cyprus, Greece, Macedonia, Albania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia/Serbia, Montenegro,
Bosnia/Herzegovina,Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Austria, Italy.
Super-Nation 7: Russia & East Europe. Total Population: 273,399,000.
Mongolia, Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Rep.
Super-Nation 8: West Europe. Total Population: 305,450,000.
Spain, Portugal, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland,
Switzerland, Britain/U.K., Ireland, Scotland, Iceland.
Super-Nation 9: North-East Africa. Total Population: 410,983,000.
Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Lybia, Egypt, Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Somalia, Uganda, Kenya,
Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi,Malawi, Mozambique, Madagascar.
Super-Nation 10: South-West Africa. Total Population: 408,934,000.

Gabon, Eq-Guinea, Cameroon, Central-African-Rep., Chad, Niger, Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ghana, Cote-divoire,
Burkina-Faso, Mali, Guinea, Liberia, Sierra-Leone, Bissau-Guinea, Gambia, Senegal, Mauritania, Western-Sahara.
Super-Nation 11: South America. Total Population: 419,671,000.
Bahamas, Cuba, Haiti, Dominican-Rep., Jamaica, Trinidad, numerous other small Caribbean island-countries, as yet unlisted;
Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, El-Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa-Rica, Panama, Columbia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname,
French-Guiana, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile.
Super-Nation 12: North America. Total Population: 411,531,000.
Mexico, USA, Canada.
These jurisdictional boundary lines may be re-drawn by
the unanimous agreement of the duly elected leaders of the jurisdictions involved in the controversy.
All "Population Counts" are based on generally available sources which should be verifiable on the internet.
